Account Manager


Description

We are seeking a motivated, commercially minded Account Manager who can strengthen client relationships, drive retention, and support the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate blends financial services experience with an understanding of crypto and an ability to deliver exceptional client engagement.  


Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fintech or crypto company in a client-facing or account management capacity,  

  or

- Minimum 4 years of experience managing personal or business client accounts within financial services or technology sectors.

- Proven track record of positive client engagement, including measurable improvements in revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction.  

- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (pipeline management, segmentation, campaign tracking).  

- Professional user of Zendesk for support ticketing, client issue tracking, and coordination with service teams.  

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.  

- Data-driven thinker — able to interpret client metrics, identify trends, and act on opportunities.  

- Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities at once.  

- Collaborative team player able to work effectively across Sales, Compliance, and Product functions.  

- Fluent English required; additional languages an advantage.  

Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring responsive and high-quality communication through the client lifecycle.  

- Onboarding: Guide new clients through the account setup process, documentation requirements, and initial platform use to ensure a seamless start.  

- Ongoing Support: Proactively monitor client activity to anticipate needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.  

- Inbound Leads & Retention: Engage with inbound leads from marketing and sales funnels, converting them into active clients while maintaining sustainable retention levels.  

- Revenue Growth: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Business Development.  

 - Work closely with Compliance to ensure KYC/AML and onboarding standards are met.  

 - Partner with the Product and Operations teams to provide client feedback that supports service improvement and product innovation.  

- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, prepare account reports, and contribute insights during revenue and performance reviews.  

- Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to CRM workflows, communication templates, and support processes to improve client experience.  


Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields (Master’s preferred).  

- Understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and cryptocurrency ecosystems.  

- Demonstrated success in a high-performance, service-oriented environment.  

- Strong digital literacy — proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot), helpdesk systems (Zendesk), and standard office software (Google Workspace, Excel).
