We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing expert with a solid technical foundation in Ad Buying and SEO. This role suits someone who excels at both strategy and execution — a data-driven marketer who understands how to optimize inbound traffic, scale performance campaigns, and leverage AI tools to automate workflows.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on marketing experience in digital or performance marketing
Proven ability to manage large-scale ad budgets ($30K–$40K/month)
Strong expertise in SEO, Ad Buying, and geo-targeting techniques
Comfortable with both manual and AI-automated marketing workflows
Familiarity with performance analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, etc.)
Experience in marketing for inbound-traffic-oriented businesses (e.g., fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or exchanges)
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, Programmatic, etc.)
Manage ad spend budgets with a focus on ROI and acquisition cost control
Develop, test, and refine SEO strategies to drive organic growth and visibility
Deploy and manage classic digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Utilize AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., Claude Code, GPT-based agents, workflow automation platforms) to streamline campaign management and data analysis
Build and maintain automated workflows and marketing agents that enhance targeting, reporting, and optimization
Collaborate with product, analytics, and content teams to ensure message consistency and conversion optimization
Previous experience in fintech or crypto-focused marketing environments
Experience building or deploying small marketing automation agents or workflows using AI platforms
Understanding of user acquisition funnels and conversion rate optimization methods
